Do I have to purchase my own moving supplies?

Nope! Once you have scheduled your move, we provide all materials needed for your move: boxes, packing tape, labels, etc.

What size are the boxes?

We use 24”x24”x18” boxes for our customers. If you have sealed storage tubs or IKEA bags that you would like to continue using, feel free to let us know, and we will ensure they are used.

What if I am moving to an off-campus apartment?

If you choose to store with us over any break and are moving off-campus, we deliver any of your stored items within a 20-mile radius of Samford University. Someone would need to be present to give access to the building to our team during the delivery.

Are there any hidden costs I should be worried about?

Our company aims for transparency regarding all costs involved. We are proud to have ZERO hidden fees. Any additional charges are listed in your storage contract.

Do you ship my stored items?

Yes! We will ship your items to you. You will be charged a $150 moving fee + the cost of the shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we are unable to authorize refunds once you have booked with us due to the fact we have to reserve that time slot for our employees that set that time aside to fully assist you during your move.
